How to catch the Moray Eel
The Moray Eel only comes out at night (20:00 to 5:00 on the in-game clock). The rest of the day it hides away and won't bite, so check the clock before you cast.
It's a level 4 catch (hard) with the Slippery fighting style: near green it may flash purple and dodge back: wait for the next pass.
Roughly 1 in 500 fish that spawn in the pond is a Moray Eel. Worms make fish bite sooner, and rarer fish go for them, so bring some for the hard ones.
Every catch also rolls a random name with a prefix and a suffix, and a rarity tier from Common up to Super Duper Mega Rare, so no two catches are quite the same.
