How to catch the Mahi-Mahi
The Mahi-Mahi only comes out by day (7:00 to 18:00 on the in-game clock), and only when the weather turns to Clear or Cloudy. Any other time it stays hidden and won't bite.
It's a level 4 catch (hard) with the Leaper fighting style: don't strike while it leaps; it tires when it lands.
Roughly 1 in 500 fish that spawn in the pond is a Mahi-Mahi. Worms make fish bite sooner, and rarer fish go for them, so bring some for the hard ones.
Every catch also rolls a random name with a prefix and a suffix, and a rarity tier from Common up to Super Duper Mega Rare, so no two catches are quite the same.
