How to catch the Giant Oarfish
The Giant Oarfish only shows up in Fog or Thunderstorm. The weather changes every few minutes, so keep an eye on the sky and be ready when it turns.
It's a level 5 catch (trophy) with the Slippery fighting style: near green it may flash purple and dodge back: wait for the next pass.
Roughly 1 in 500 fish that spawn in the pond is a Giant Oarfish. Worms make fish bite sooner, and rarer fish go for them, so bring some for the hard ones.
